01 — Forming

Precision Glass Forming.

The manufacturing process begins with high-precision forming technology that transforms Type I borosilicate glass tubing into dimensional packaging formats.

Advanced machine controls continuously regulate critical dimensions including wall thickness, body diameter, and neck finish geometry.

Thermal processing conditions are tightly controlled throughout forming to maintain material stability and structural integrity.

Every forming line is configured to maintain strict dimensional consistency, providing the foundation for subsequent process stages.
02 — Annealing

Stress Relief & Material Stability.

Following thermal forming, glass containers pass through a controlled annealing lehr to eliminate internal thermal stresses.

Controlled heating and gradual cooling cycles reorganize the molecular structure of the glass, enhancing mechanical strength and thermal shock resistance.

Proper annealing is essential for ensuring that containers withstand high-speed filling lines, depyrogenation tunnels, and transportation stresses.

03 — Inspection

Comprehensive In-Line Inspection.

Cosmetic and dimensional quality is verified through automated high-resolution vision systems integrated directly into the production line.

Advanced camera systems inspect every container across multiple angles to detect cosmetic defects, dimensional variations, and surface anomalies.

Inspection parameters are continuously monitored, ensuring that non-conforming containers are automatically identified and removed.

By integrating inspection throughout production rather than relying solely on end-of-line testing, manufacturing consistency is continuously strengthened.
04 — Siliconization

Optimized Surface Performance.

For syringe manufacturing, controlled siliconization plays a vital role in ensuring smooth plunger movement and consistent drug delivery performance.

Our automated siliconization process is designed to apply silicone uniformly across syringe barrels while maintaining high process repeatability.

Dedicated inspection technologies verify silicone presence, supporting manufacturing consistency throughout production.

05 — Sterilization

Controlled Sterility Assurance.

For sterile product configurations, KAISHA Pharma integrates in-house Ethylene Oxide (ETO) sterilization capabilities within its manufacturing ecosystem.

Maintaining sterilization capabilities in-house provides greater operational control while supporting efficient processing of sterile pharmaceutical packaging solutions.

06 — Packaging

Protecting Product Integrity.

The final packaging stage is designed to preserve product quality throughout transportation, storage, and customer handling.

Depending on product requirements, containers are supplied in conventional bulk packaging or advanced pharmaceutical configurations including Ready-to-Sterilize (RTS), Ready-to-Fill (RTF), tray & tub systems, and other customized packaging formats.

Packaging solutions are developed to support efficient integration with modern pharmaceutical manufacturing environments while protecting product integrity throughout the supply chain.

07 — Final Inspection

Confidence Before Delivery.

Before leaving our facility, every production batch undergoes comprehensive verification through advanced inspection technologies and quality systems.

Final inspection serves as the concluding checkpoint within a manufacturing philosophy built around continuous quality assurance.

The process incorporates multiple inspection methods designed to verify product quality, consistency, and compliance before shipment.
